At Fonexa, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

Processing Time
    •    Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
    •    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
    •    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
    •    Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 5–7 business days after processing.
    •    Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
    •    Currently, Fonexa only ships within the U.S.

Order Tracking
    •    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages
    •    Fonexa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
    •    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
